Grado 16 is a vital presence within the local community because the cooperative listens to the needs and desires for change and contributes by confronting problems in an open and distinctive manner.
The community work consists of discovering hidden resources and intentions, activating connections, collaborations and networks between component subjects, whether they be institutional, non-profit entities, businesses, associations, committees, groups or individual citizens.
Favoring the interactions (encounters, interventions, conflicts, mediations) between all these subjects may produce the consensual recognition of needs within the community; at the same time these interactions give the community a platform to express and organize collective petitions and actions for change.
