Grado 16 - Social Cooperative

Since 1999, Social Cooperative Grado 16 has actively promoted equal opportunity for women, both individually and throughout the culture through neighborhood programs and organizational support, raising awareness of female empowerment.

Over these past years, Grado 16 has led sensitivity training exercises and courses for both sexes in the workplace, promoted female enterprise, offered planning and counseling with female empowerment in mind, supported lifestyle integration and served as the means for concrete societal change.
